The Premier League trophy is ours after we finished top of the table for the first time in 22 years.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Martin Odegaard hoisted the trophy aloft at Selhurst Park last month before we showed it off to our supporters at a memorable champions parade.<\/p>\n

Now that the trophy is safely in our cabinet, here are some facts about the famous cup!<\/p>\n

HOW HEAVY IS THE PREMIER LEAGUE TROPHY?<\/h2>\n

All of our players got their hands on the prize to show it off in front of our supporters. In doing so, our players were lifting a trophy weighing 9.5kg, or 1.4st. <\/p>\n

Once you include the engraved base, the total weight shoots up to 4st, or 25.4kg. <\/p>\n

HOW TALL IS THE PREMIER LEAGUE TROPHY?<\/h2>\n

\n<\/article>\n<\/article>\n

The Premier League trophy stands 104cm tall from the engraved base to the tip of the crown, which comes in at 3ft 5in. It is 61cm, or 2ft wide<\/p>\n

There are actually two Premier League trophies, both of which are identical and both showcase the champions around the bottom of the base.<\/p>\n

WHAT IS THE PREMIER LEAGUE TROPHY MADE FROM?<\/h2>\n

The base of the trophy holds all of the previous champions, from 1993, all the way through to our name in 2025\/26. <\/p>\n

Made from Malacite, a semi-precious stone found in Africa, the green colour seen around the bottom of the opaque stone represents the field of play. <\/p>\n

Cast by Asprey London, the Crown Jewellers, the main body is made from solid sterling silver. The crowns are cast from 24-carat silver gilt.<\/p>\n

The theme behind the trophy is “The Three Lions of English Football”. There are two golden lions on each side of the trophy, with each captain becoming the ‘third lion’ when hoisting the title into the air.<\/p>\n

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP THE TROPHY?<\/h2>\n

\n<\/article>\n<\/article>\n

One trophy remains in our possession during the season, while the other is used by the Premier League.<\/p>\n

We will then be required to return our trophy to the Premier League at least three weeks before their final league match of the season.<\/p>\n
