In doing so, our players were lifting a trophy weighing 9.5kg, or 1.4st. <\/p>\n<p>Once you include the engraved base, the total weight shoots up to 4st, or 25.4kg. <\/p>\n<h2>HOW TALL IS THE PREMIER LEAGUE TROPHY?<\/h2>\n<article data-entity-type=\"media\" data-entity-uuid=\"16c5661f-b19c-4073-9979-e625ea8e160f\" data-embed-button=\"image_embed\" data-entity-embed-display=\"view_mode:media.card\" data-entity-embed-display-settings=\"()\" data-langcode=\"en\" class=\"embedded-entity u-spacing-down--xxl\">\n<article>\n<\/article>\n<\/article>\n<p>The Premier League trophy stands 104cm tall from the engraved base to the tip of the crown, which comes in at 3ft 5in. The crowns are cast from 24-carat silver gilt.<\/p>\n<p>The theme behind the trophy is &#8220;The Three Lions of English Football&#8221;.
