San Roque is a team that has been working with many young people for 50 years, every year they have young people who come out of the youth system. It is a club that has a mentality of working hard and the results are being seen with the Super League, with sponsorships or with a quarry that grows every year.

An opportunity that, in the words of its president, Miguel Ángel Hernández Infanteface “with great enthusiasm” after having given “many surprises” last season.

Because, he has said, “with money you can do many things, but the quarry you have to work a lot“.

Regarding how to instill among the new recruits that feeling of belonging to the neighborhood, the president of the team has insisted that the San Roque is “a family” and that when a new player arrives, “he sees how it is structured and he fits easily into the club, and it is difficult for him to want to leave.”

The fans and the quarry are for one of the founders of the entity, Esteban Gonzalezthe main symbols of the club's history and has opted to achieve this season “at a minimum, to revalidate its permanence” in the Super League and see “at what level” the entity is facing BK Tromso in the Challenge Cup at the beginning of October.
