A remarkable 2025\/26 season concludes with us heading to Budapest for the UEFA Champions League final, as we face holders Paris Saint-Germain, aiming to clinch our first European Cup.<\/strong><\/p>\n We are excited to share new details with supporters travelling to the Hungarian capital about what you can expect when you arrive in the city. <\/p>\n All tickets for the final are sold out, and any questions or issues relating to ticketing can be found on UEFA\u2019s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n We recommend reading important information on our Help Centre here<\/a> where any new or important information will be shared, so please check in regularly before you travel. <\/p>\n You will need a passport to enter Hungary if you are travelling directly from the UK or outside of the Schengen area. Check whether you need to apply for a Schengen visa<\/a>. <\/strong>If you are travelling from within the Schengen zone, you will need your passport to enter Hungary.<\/p>\n If you\u2019re travelling independently via commercial flight, Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport (BUD) is Hungary\u2019s major international airport, located 25km southeast of the city centre. Alternative airports to consider are Vienna International Airport<\/a> (VIE), Bratislava Airport<\/a> (BTS) and Kosice International Airport<\/a> (KSC).<\/p>\n If you\u2019re taking a chartered flight from London, you will arrive at Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport (BUD). From the airport, shuttle buses will take you directly to the Fan Meeting Point. After the match, you must use the bus service from the Fan Meeting Point for your return charter flight. You will not be able to access your plane if you travel independently to the airport.<\/p>\n You must pay for public transport when travelling around the city outside of matchday. Download the BudapestGo app<\/a> for timetables, journey planning and purchasing tickets.<\/p>\n If you\u2019re travelling independently by train, long-distance bus or car, Budapest is well connected by rail to cities across mainland Europe, including Vienna, Bratislava and Prague. Services will either call at Eastern Budapest<\/a> <\/strong>(east side of the city centre) or Budapest-West<\/a> <\/strong>(towards the west of the city centre).<\/p>\n Additionally, long-distance bus services are readily available to Nepliget Bus Station<\/a> <\/strong>or Kelenfold Bus Terminal<\/a> <\/strong>from locations such as Vienna, Prague and Bratislava. If travelling by car, use one of the Park + Ride facilities around the city.<\/p>\n Visit UEFA’s <\/strong>accessibility page<\/a> for helpful information on accessible travel to and around Budapest, stadium services and facilities and more!<\/p>\n All ticket holders will have access to free travel in Budapest on certain tram, metro and bus routes across 29-31 May. Supporters will be required to present their matchday ticket to redeem the free travel.
