Our young Gunners will be aiming for back-to-back wins as we travel to face Reading on Monday, February 23. Kick-off at Select Car Leasing Stadium is at 7pm (UK).
We’ll be looking to extend our unbeaten run to five games, and you can stream the action live and free on Arsenal.com and the official app.
Max Porter’s side head into the contest in strong form, winning three of our last four matches and keeping clean sheets in each of those fixtures. Last time out, an injury-time strike from Andre Harriman-Annous secured a 1-0 victory over Newcastle United at Mangata Developments Stadium.
The OPPOSITION
Reading currently sit 21st in Premier League 2 on 15 points, with four wins, three draws and six defeats so far this season.
However, they come into Monday’s clash in excellent form, having won their last four league matches. In fact, all of their league victories this season have come during that run, with wins over Blackburn Rovers, Nottingham Forest, Burnley and Stoke City. Across those four games, the Royals have scored 11 goals and conceded just twice.
The last meeting between the sides in Premier League 2 came during the 2023/24 campaign, when we ran out 3-0 winners courtesy of goals from Ethan Nwaneri, Khayon Edwards and Charles Sagoe Jr.
How to follow
You can watch the game live on Arsenal.com and the app, with coverage starting from 6.55pm (UK) on Monday evening ahead of our clash with the Royals. The match will also be available to stream on the official app.
Live updates will be provided throughout the evening on our academy’s official X account. After the final whistle, be sure to catch exclusive interviews with under-21s head coach Max Porter and one of our young Gunners, plus highlights of all the key moments.
