The Ohio State Buckeyes are heading to the College Football Playoff National Championship after taking down the Texans Longhorns in the Cotton Bowl from Arlington. Jack Sawyer had the game winning scoop and score late in the fourth quarter to give his team the 28-14 semifinal win.
Ohio State started the game doing what they had done in the first two playoff games, starting out strong and looking for a knock out punch early. They stopped Texas on the opening drive of the game and then marched down the field and put the first points on the board with Quishon Judkins’s 9 yard run.
