Team news: Three changes for WSL home finale | Team news | News

Renée Slegers has made three changes to the starting XI for tonight’s final Barclays Women’s Super League home game of the season against Everton.

Beth Mead comes back into the side for her final home game in red and white, after her upcoming departure from the club was announced earlier this week. She replaces Smilla Holmberg on the right wing.

Also-departing Victoria Pelova replaces Kim Little in midfield, while Katie McCabe returns to left-back ahead of Taylor Hinds.

The rest of the defence remains the same from Saturday’s 3-0 win away to Aston Villa, with Anneke Borbe, Emily Fox, Lotte Wubben-Moy and Laia Codina all keeping their places.

The same goes for Mariona Caldentey, Frida Maanum, Olivia Smith and Alessia Russo, with the latter wearing the captain’s armband tonight.

Kick-off is at 7pm at Emirates Stadium.
