Noni Madueke celebrated the first league title on his career when we lifted the Premier League trophy on Sunday afternoon at Selhurst Park.

“It’s an amazing feeling, one you can’t put into words,” the England winger said, “we had the feeling already after City (drew) the other day, but it’s a wave of new emotions when you lift the trophy!
“I don’t think it’s dawned on me yet, but it will!”

“To finally get that feeling of yes, we’ve completed it, was amazing. It was nice to score on the final day of the season, so great. I’ll put it in my scrapbook of memories.”
Sunday’s win caps off an incredible week at the club, after our triumph was confirmed on Tuesday with Manchester City’s draw at Bournemouth.
Noni has been enjoying the celebrations, but has one eye on adding another trophy to our cabinet.

The Dispatch: Champions special
“We went mad on Tuesday, and then we calmed down a little bit, prepared for the game, and the fact that we won is amazing.

“I did imagine (the season could be this good), that’s why I came so quickly from where I was. So it’s going to be amazing, God willing we get that Champions League and then go off to the World Cup and try to get that one too.”
