The NFL season is fast-approaching with teams heading to training camp this month. The Dallas Cowboys return next week to Oxnard, California for their 66th training camp. Both rookies and veterans reporting to camp on Monday, July 21 and the first open practice will be held on Tuesday, July 22.
What to know about the Dallas Cowboys 2025 training camp
As usual, many of the Cowboys’ practices will be open to the public so fans will have a chance to watch their favorite players prepare for the 2025 season. The first open practice in Oxnard will be on Tuesday, July 22 and the final on Wednesday, August 13.
The Cowboys will host their “Back Together Weekend” starting at 9:15 a.m. on Saturday, July 26 which will include live entertainment, appearances by former Cowboys players, as well as the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and mascot Rowdy. Owner and general manager Jerry Jones will speak ahead of the practice session at 11:45 a.m.
The team will hold a joint practice with the Los Angeles Rams on Tuesday, August 5 ahead of their first preseason game against them on Saturday, August 9, which will be held at SoFi Stadium.
The Cowboys will return home after their last practice in Oxnard (on August 13) to finish the remainder of training camp at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. There, select practices will be open to the public as well but announced at a later date.
Their final two preseason games will be held at their home stadium, AT&T Stadiumagainst the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday, August 16 and against the Atlanta Falcons on Friday, August 22.
