The Dallas Cowboys won’t start the 2025 season until September, but Netflix has provided two new shows about America’s Team to keep you warm until then, starting with the second season of “America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders”.
The season two premiere will be on Wednesday, June 18 so to gear up for the event, the DCC held a stylish fashion shoot.
DCC drop stunning summer fits
Third-year cheerleader Kylie Dickson shared a series of photos on Instagram on Tuesday, featuring herself and other teammates including Reece Weaver, McKenna Gehrke, and Madeline Salter. The DCC members were wearing LoveShackFancy outfits in the photoshoot.
The looks included frilly, checkered-print dressescheer-style two-pieces, cowboy hats, and of course, the DCC’s signature white cowboy boots, complete with pompoms and splits to top off the image. The fashion shoot reflects the team’s growing presence in both entertainment and fashion as they get ready for more screen time in Netflix’s series.
Dickson captioned the photos “the sweetest collab of the summer.” Weaver, who is featured in the photoshoot, was a huge part of season one of “America’s Sweethearts”. Now married and pursuing a career in social media, she’s expected to play a big role in the second season as well, which will pick up just after her 2024 wedding, complete with a “Thunderstruck” performance by the squad.
