The Cleveland Browns, after passing him up for four rounds in the 2025 NFL Draft and choosing quarterback Dillon Gabriel over him, finally selected Sanders 144th overall.

And one team stands out as a potential destination: the Los Angeles Rams.
With Matthew Stafford aging and no clear long-term successor, the Rams have been floated as a “best trade fit” for Sanders. His quick release and timing-based game are seen as a natural fit in Sean McVay’s offense, and he could learn behind Stafford without pressure to start immediately.
However, Browns GM Andrew Berry is reportedly open to keeping all four quarterbacks if they prove themselves in camp.
